Welcome to We Fix Rims Houston (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We Fix Rims Houston specializes in wheel and rim repair, refinishing, straightening, custom painting, powder coating, and related services.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at our discretion.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on an initial inspection and may change upon further evaluation.

  • Prices vary depending on wheel size, condition, damage, and requested finish.

  • Written or verbal estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Deposits and Payment

  • Payment in full is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing.

  • For custom work or orders requiring special materials, a deposit may be required.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved payment methods.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Typical turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to damage severity, parts availability, third-party services (e.g., chroming), or other factors outside our control.

  • We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

5. Loaner Cars and Shuttle Service

  • Free Loaner Cars are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and require a minimum repair value of $600, a valid driver’s license, and age over 22.

  • Loaner car reservations depend on availability and scheduling flexibility is required.

  • We Fix Rims Houston is not responsible for any rental car costs outside our free loaner program.

  • Shuttle service is available within 12 miles of our location at our discretion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must disclose all known damage and relevant details about wheels/vehicles.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring wheels and vehicles are insured.

  • We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

7. Warranty

  • We offer a 1-year warranty on refinishing (paint, powder coat) against defects in workmanship and materials.

  • Structural repairs (bends, cracks) carry a base warranty valid upon inspection before remounting. Once mounted and driven, we cannot warranty damage repairs.

  • Damage due to abuse, improper installation, environmental exposure, or road hazards is not covered.

  • Powder coating performed at customer request carries no warranty if specified as such in advance.

8. Limitations of Service

  • We will advise customers if damage is beyond repair or if repair results may vary.

  • Certain wheels (e.g., multi-piece, aftermarket, or complex finishes) may have limitations on refinishing quality.

  • Color matching is performed to the best of our ability but cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

9. Liability

  • We Fix Rims Houston is not liable for damage occurring after delivery to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for damages or losses due to theft, fire, acts of God, or any events beyond our control while vehicles or wheels are in our possession.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or service provided.

10. Shipping and Returns

  • Customers shipping wheels to us must ensure packaging protects the item. We are not responsible for shipping damage.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • No returns or refunds for custom work, special orders, or completed services.

11. Privacy

  • We collect customer information only as needed to perform services, process payments, and communicate.

  • We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as required to fulfill services or legal obligations.

12. Changes to Terms

We Fix Rims Houston reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective upon posting.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Harris County, Texas.
